Before Heather can set up a goffgrafix-blog-realestate site for you, you need to be a member of LINKMV and have subscribed to either their Premium IDX feed or their Free IDX feed. Please contact LINKMV for the pricing on their Premium IDX feed (617.267.5465).

goffgrafix hosts all the the goffgrafix-blog-realestate sites. The cost of the service and installation from goffgrafix is the same whether you sign up for the free feed from LINKMV or the premium feed.

Hosting for the blog site is $19.50/month - this comes with installation, great plugins and free wordpress updates.
goffgrafix software that parses the idx feed and displays it on the site is $20/month
One time installation fee for the goffgrafix-blog-realestate package is $400.
